Breast implants If I were to get implants, I would: a) make them natural b) make them perky c) make them close together Kelly Bensimon got implants, and she decided to: Have them lay askew and pointing in two different directions and outward, which actually makes it look like she has 4 breasts, with each of her shoulders serving as the weak, lopsided breasts and the implants being the much larger, diagonal counterpart.
